There are three types of reputations: Positive reputations, which increase favor, Neutral reputations, which don't affect favorability and reliability, and Negative reputations, which negatively affect favorability and can sometimes give hate marks.

Prevention

Go to the toilet before sleeping, and clean up if you wet the bed. Diapers and the play mat can also be used to prevent the bed from getting wet during an accident. You can also buy a bedwetting alarm which can wake up the player if they start to pee in bed.

A character witnesses the player urinate or defecate in front of them outside a toilet, or witnesses the player have an accident which results in the player's undergarments leaking.

Prevention

Go to the toilet when you need to go and have some padding if you have an accident.
