There are 28 reputations that the player can get in TW. There are three types of reputations: Positive reputations, which increase favor, Neutral reputations, which don't affect favorability and reliability, and Negative reputations, which negatively affect favorability and can sometimes give hate marks.

Bedwetter		A character notices the player's wet or messy bed after the player has an accident while sleeping. A caregiver stops to check on your underwear after having a nighttime accident.	Go to the toilet before sleeping, and clean up if you wet the bed. Diapers and the play mat can also be used to prevent the bed from getting wet during an accident. You can also buy a bedwetting alarm which can wake up the player if they start to pee in bed.
Not Potty Trained	Potty Pants	A character witnesses the player urinate or defecate in front of them outside a toilet A character witnesses the player have an accident which results in the player's undergarments leaking A character witnesses the player having a messy accident A character witnesses checking your underwear and seeing that you have peed and/or pooped yourself. A character witnesses you changing yourself into a diaper You ask for a diaper change to a caregiver after having an accident	Go to the toilet when you need to go and have some padding in case you have an accident. Move to a private location if you need to go potty outside, change, or mess. Change as soon as you can if your underwear status is "Wet" or if there's any mess inside. Wearing diapers bulky enough for characters to start looking at your diaper will not out you as being [Not Potty Trained], so use this to your advantage. Caregivers will ACCEPT you as someone with bad potty control, effectively making this reputation neutral to them.
Exhibitionist		Let the character see the player naked or witness the player having sex outside. (not implemented)
Can't Control Arousal	Nymphomaniac	A character witnesses the player masturbate in front of them A character witnesses the player having sex outside or with a corpse	Masturbate in a private room when you're very aroused. Murderer		The character has witnessed the player kill someone, be in the same place as a person killed by them, or has carried a body in front of them.`
Necrophile		Fuck a dead body (not implemented)
Sperm Chef		Spike too much food with cum and be outed as such.
Terrorist		Kill enough people to cause Gensokyo's State of Emergency to be at level 6 (not implemented).
Grave Digger		Dig up graves of dead bodies (not implemented)
Pedophile		Get caught having sex with a petite or smaller character (not implemented)
Tentacle Handler		Use tentacles in-front of a character (not implemented).
Burglar		Have someone notice you pickpocketing or rummaging through your room (not implemented).
Felon		Get arrested by a shrine maiden or soldier. (not implemented)

Paranoia

Paranoia determines the preparation and willingness for the characters in NAS to attack the player on their own. Higher stages of paranoia mean more frequent raids, characters wearing armor, and genuinely a harder time making relationships

Paranoia has five stages:

Conspicuous = 10000 points

Suspicious = 30000 points

Paranoid = 60000 points

Hated = 100000 points

Hunted = 150000 points

Vilified = 250000 points

Each warning talisman adds 35000 points, every Touhou that knows you can stop time adds 2500 points, death adds a dependent amount of points, but no name characters usually give 1000 points. Paranoia is only increased when you kill the Touhou, being killed by another Touhou will not increase paranoia unless you switch to them, and any natural cause of death will not cause any paranoia. Bodies will have to be found by Aya to get paranoia this way.
